How does a video consultation work?

Book a slot with a doctor, pay online, and join the video call from your dashboard at the scheduled time. Calls run over an encrypted connection with in-call chat.

Can I get a prescription?

Yes — if clinically appropriate, your doctor issues an e-prescription after the consultation. It's saved to your health record, where you can view or print it.

Is my data private?

We ask for your consent at sign-up, store health data separately from marketing data, and keep an audit log of key actions (logins, record access, prescriptions issued). See our Privacy Policy for details.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel from your patient dashboard before the appointment starts. To reschedule, cancel and book a new slot.

Do you accept insurance?

Card and PayNow payments are supported today. Insurance and corporate billing integrations are on our roadmap.
